Should I Delete TikTok?
Answer a few quick questions and our Decision Guide will help you figure out what's right for you.

TikTok is worth deleting if you regularly lose track of time on it, feel drained after scrolling, or have tried setting screen time limits that you consistently bypass. The app's algorithm is exceptionally good at keeping you watching, which makes it harder to moderate than other platforms. If you're part of a TikTok community, create content, or use it for learning specific skills, the value proposition is different. For most casual users who are just consuming content, deleting TikTok frees up significant time and mental energy with surprisingly little withdrawal.
